Operator: KWK Books (bookkeeping and advisory). Contact: kipp@kwkbooks.com · 512.230.4212.
This website is a marketing and information site for bookkeeping, catch-up, payroll coordination, and advisory services aimed at home-service businesses in Austin and Central Texas. Content is general information, not tax, legal, or investment advice, and not a CPA tax-prep offer unless a signed engagement says otherwise.
Browsing, submitting a lead form, or booking a Calendly call does not create a bookkeeping or advisory engagement. Services begin only after you accept a written proposal or engagement letter (we use Ignition for proposals and signing) and any onboarding steps we list there. Fees, scope, and cancelation (including month-to-month terms when offered) are in that document, not on the marketing pages alone.
You agree to provide accurate contact details. We may respond by email, phone, or Calendly. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
Engaged clients may use the Financial Cents client portal and other tools named in the engagement (for example QuickBooks Online). Those products are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by third parties (Netlify, Google Analytics, Calendly, Financial Cents, Ignition, Intuit/QuickBooks, and similar).
Site text, branding, and design belong to KWK Books or its licensors. You may not copy the site for commercial use without written permission. QuickBooks and related marks belong to Intuit.
Do not misuse the site: no scraping that harms service, no injecting malware, no attempting to access non-public systems, no illegal content in forms.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, KWK BOOKS AND ITS OWNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM SITE USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM SITE USE (NOT FROM A SEPARATE SIGNED ENGAGEMENT) IS LIMITED TO USD $100. Claims about paid services are governed by the signed engagement, not this cap alone.
You agree to indemnify KWK Books against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your submission of unlawful or unauthorized content.
Our Privacy Policy describes website data practices.
Outbound links (Calendly, Financial Cents, Ignition, Intuit ProAdvisor, social, chamber, and others) are not under our control. Their terms and privacy policies apply.
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms for site use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Travis County, Texas are the preferred venue for disputes about these website Terms, unless a signed engagement says otherwise.

KWK grants clients with an active bookkeeping engagement a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use KWK App. KWK App connects your QuickBooks Online file to KWK. This license is for that engagement only.
KWK App has no warranty beyond what your engagement letter says. If your engagement letter and this section conflict, the engagement letter controls.
You can revoke access at any time. In QuickBooks Online, go to Manage integrations, find KWK App, and choose Disconnect, or email us and we will do it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle QuickBooks Online data.
The license ends when you disconnect or your engagement ends, whichever comes first. KWK can also end access by disconnecting KWK App.
